Shipping
We process all orders within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your purchase is confirmed. Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your province. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, carrier delays, or regional holidays.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Not at the moment — we currently ship within Canada only. Our priority is to ensure fast, reliable, and compliant delivery of vape products across all provinces. We’re working on expanding our shipping zones in the future, but for now, we focus on providing high-quality service and quick delivery to our Canadian customers.
Returns and exchanges
We do not accept refunds or returns, except for defective products. If your product is defective, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to return it.
If you believe your product is defective, it must be verified as such in order to qualify for a refund. Please send photos and a video to support@vape2go.ca
