No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. Due to the nature of vape products and hygiene regulations, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product is proven to be defective.
Defective Products
If you believe your product is defective, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Defective items will be verified before a refund or replacement can be issued. To begin the process, please send an email to
support@vape2go.ca with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos and a short video clearly showing the defect
- A brief description of the issue
Once we receive and verify your claim, we’ll contact you with next steps.
Important Notes
Products that show any signs of misuse, damage, or wear are not eligible for return or refund. We also do not accept returns for reasons related to taste, personal preference, or user error. If a refund is approved after verification, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
